Machining Tools&CNC Machining Facilities
Complete with turning, milling, boring, drilling, shaving machine tools and machining centers. Our broad machining capabilities allow us to machine the forgings to near net shape before heat treatment and also to provide finish machining after.
Equip with medium and large size NC machine tools, including horizontal NC laths, vertical NC lathes, HMC, VMC, NC HBM and etc., to meet customer turnkey requirements.
Mechanical Testing & Non-destructive Testing
Our laboratory runs fully equipped with modern machines and equipment for mechanical testing and metallographic examinations, staffed by senior technicians and personnel. We provide accurate data for mechanical properties and microstructure analysis, including non-metallic inclusion, grain size and etc.
Both high resolution and high power digital ultrasonic testing equipment, and experienced inspectors certified to ASNT, enable more accurate detection of defects and ensure the efficiency of internal quality control.
